- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Sgt Graham illegally ID a young man for photography. This young man went out of his way and notified the department that he would be in the area doing photography. Instead of getting credit for notifying the department, Sgt Graham harassed him and treated him very unprofessionally. I would suggest that you look for the YouTube Video to see for yourself. Listen to the way the Sgt addressed the man. UNPROFESSIONAL. First off, photography is not a crime. Second, people are innocent until proven guilty. But if the Sgt always acts this way, he will make you feel like a common criminal from the onset of the interaction. If there is someone higher than Sgt Graham, you need to teach the tyrant a lesson.By Robert Hughes, May 11, 2017
